اخطار الفاحشة

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته .
مقالة للاستاذ محمد بن ابراهيم الحمد حول ما يترتب عن فاحشة الزنا من الاضرار الدينية والدنيوية والصحية والاجتماعية والاخلاقية.
اللهم اعصمنا من الفتن ما ظهر منها وبطن.
واليكم المقالة.





الحمد لله وحده، والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده، وبعد:

فالزنا فساد كبير، وشر مستطير، له آثار كبيرة، وتنجم عنه أضرار كثيرة، سواء على مرتكبيه، أو على الأمة عامة.

وبما أن الزنا يكثر وقوعه، وتكثر الدواعي إليه، فهذه نبذة عن آثاره ومفاسده، وآفاته وأضراره:

1ـ الزنا يجمع خلال الشر كلها من: قلة الدين، وذهاب الورع، وفساد المروءة، وقلة الغيرة، ووأد الفضيلة.

2ـ يقتل الحياء ويلبس وجه صاحبه رقعة من الصفاقة والوقاحة.

3ـ سواد الوجه وظلمته، وما يعلوه من الكآبة والمقت الذي يبدو للناظرين.

4ـ ظلمة القلب، وطمس نوره.

5ـ الفقر اللازم لمرتكبيه، وفي الأثر يقول الله تعالى: « أنا مهلك الطغاة، ومفقر الزناة » .

6ـ أنه يذهب حرمة فاعله، ويسقطه من عين ربه وأعين عباده، ويسلب صاحبه اسم البر، والعفيف، والعدل، ويعطيه اسم الفاجر، والفاسق، والزاني، والخائن.

7ـ الوحشة التي يضعها الله في قلب الزاني، وهي نظير الوحشة التي تعلو وجهه؛ فالعفيف على وجهه حلاوة، وفي قلبه أنس، ومن جالسه استأنس به، والزاني بالعكس من ذلك تماماً.

8ـ أن الناس ينظرون إلى الزاني بعين الريبة والخيانة، ولا يأمنه أحد على حرمته وأولاده.

9ـ ومن أضراره الرائحة التي تفوح من الزاني، يشمها كل ذي قلب سليم، تفوح من فيه، ومن جسده.

10ـ ضيقة الصدر وحرجه؛ فإن الزناة يعاملون بضد قصودهم؛ فإن من طلب لذة العيش وطيبه بمعصية الله عاقبه الله بنقيض قصده؛ فإن ما عند الله لا ينال إلا بطاعته، ولم يجعل الله معصيته سبباً إلى خير قط.

ولو علم الفاجر ما في العفاف من اللذة والسرور، وانشراح الصدر، وطيب العيش؛ لرأى أن الذي فاته من اللذة أضعاف أضعاف ما حصل.

11ـ الزاني يعرض نفسه لفوات الاستمتاع بالحور العين في المساكن الطيبة في جنات عدن.

12ـ الزنا يجرئ على قطيعة الرحم وعقوق الوالدين، وكسب الحرام، وظلم الخلق، وإضاعة الأهل والعيال وربما قاد إلى سفك الدم الحرام، وربما استعان عليه بالسحر والشرك وهو يدري أو لا يدري؛ فهذه المعصية لا تتم إلا بأنواع من المعاصي قبلها ومعها، ويتولد عنها أنواع أخرى من المعاصي بعدها؛ فهي محفوفة بجند من المعاصي قبلها وجند من المعاصي بعدها، وهي أجلب شيء لشر الدنيا والآخرة، وأمنع شيء لخير الدنيا والآخرة.

13ـ الزنا يذهب بكرامة الفتاة ويكسوها عاراً لا يقف عندها، بل يتعداها إلى أسرتها؛ حيث تدخل العار على أهلها، وزوجها، وأقاربها، وتنكس به رؤوسهم بين الخلائق.

14ـ أن العار الذي يلحق من قذف بالزنا أعلق من العار الذي ينجر إلى من رمي بالكفر وأبقى؛ إلا إن التوبة من الكفر على صدق القاذف تذهب رجسه شرعاً، وتغسل عاره عادة، ولا تبقي له في قلوب الناس حطة تنزل به عن رتبة أمثاله ممن ولدوا في الإسلام، بخلاف الزنا؛ فإن التوبة من ارتكاب فاحشته ـ وإن طهرت صاحبها تطهيراً، ورفعت عنه المؤاخذة بها في الآخرة ـ يبقى لها أثر في النفوس، ينقص بقدره عن منزلة أمثاله ممن ثبت لهم العفاف من أول نشأتهم.

وانظر إلى المرأة ينسب إليها الزنا كيف يتجنب الأزواج نكاحها وإن ظهرت توبتها؛ مراعاة للوصمة التي أُلصقت بعرضها سالفاً، ويرغبون أن ينكحوا المشركة إذا أسلمت رغبتهم في نكاح الناشئة في الإسلام.

15ـ إذا حملت المرأة من الزنا، فقتلت ولدها جمعت بين الزنا والقتل، وإذا حملته على الزوج أدخلت على أهلها وأهله أجنبياً ليس منهم، فورثهم ورآهم وخلا بهم، وانتسب إليهم وهو ليس منهم إلى غير ذلك من مفاسد زناها.

16ـ أن الزنا جناية على الولد؛ فإن الزاني يبذر نطفته على وجه يجعل النسمة المخلقة منها مقطوعة عن النسب إلى الآباء، والنسب معدود من الروابط الداعية إلى التعاون والتعاضد؛ فكان الزنا سبباً لوجود الولد عارياً من العواطف التي تربطه بأدنى قربى يأخذون بساعده إذا زلت به فعله، ويتقوى به اعتصابهم عند الحاجة إليه.

كذلك فيه جناية عليه، وتعريض به؛ لأنه يعيش وضيعاً في الأمة، مدحوراً من كل جانب؛ فإن الناس يستخفون بولد الزنا، وتنكره طبائعهم، ولا يرون له من الهيئة الاجتماعية اعتباراً؛ فما ذنب هذا المسكين؟ وأي قلب يحتمل أن يتسبب في هذا المصير؟!

17ـ زنا الرجل فيه إفساد المرأة المصونة وتعريضها للفساد والتلف.

18ـ الزنا يهيج العداوات، ويزكي نار الانتقام بين أهل المرأة وبين الزاني، ذلك أن الغيرة التي طبع عليها الإنسان على محارمه تملأ صدره عند مزاحمته على موطوئته، فيكون ذلك مظنة لوقوع المقاتلات وانتشار المحاربات؛ لما يجلبه هتك الحرمة للزوج وذوي القرابة من العار والفضيحة الكبرى، ولو بلغ الرجل أن امرأته أو إحدى محارمه قتلت كان أسهل عليه من أن يبلغه أنها زنت.

قال سعد بن عبادة ـ ـ "لو رأيت رجلاً مع امرأتي لضربته بالسيف غير مصفح". فبلغ ذلك رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال: « أتعجبون من غيرة سعد! والله لأنا أغير منه، والله أغير مني؛ ومن أجل غيرة الله حرم الفواحش ما ظهر منها وما بطن » [أخرجه البخاري ومسلم].

19ـ للزنا أثر على محارم الزاني، فشعور محارمه بتعاطيه هذه الفاحشة يسقط جانباً من مهابتهن ـ كما مر ـ ويسهل عليهن بذل أعراضهن ـ إن لم يكن ثوب عفافهن منسوجاً من تربية دينية صادقة.

بخلاف من ينكر الزنا ويتجنبه، ولا يرضاه لغيره؛ فإن هذه السيرة تكسبه مهابة في قلوب محارمه، وتساعده على أن يكون بيته طاهراً عفيفاً.

20ـ للزنا أضرار جسيمة على الصحة يصعب علاجها والسيطرة عليها، بل ربما أودت بحياة الزاني، كالإيدز، والهربس، والزهري، والسيلان، ونحوها.

21ـ الزنا سبب لدمار الأمة؛ فقد جرت سنة الله في خلقه أنه عند ظهور الزنا يغضب الله ـ عز وجل ـ ويشتد غضبه، فلا بد أن يؤثر غضبه في الأرض عقوبة.
قال ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه: ( ما ظهر الربا والزنا في قرية إلا أذن الله بإهلاكها ).

ومما يدل على عظم شأن الزنا أن الله سبحانه خص حده من بين الحدود بخصائص، قال ابن القيم رحمه الله: ( وخص سبحانه حد الزنا من بين الحدود بثلاثة خصائص:

أحدها: القتل فيه بأشنع القتلات، وحيث خففه جمع فيه بين العقوبة على البدن بالجلد، وعلى القلب بتغريبه عن وطنه سنة.

الثاني: أنه نهى عباده أن تأخذهم بالزناة رأفة في دينه؛ بحيث تمنعهم من إقامة الحد عليهم، فإنه سبحانه من رأفته بهم شرع هذه العقوبة؛ فهو أرحم منكم بهم، ولم تمنعه رحمته من أمره بهذه العقوبة؛ فلا يمنعكم أنتم ما يقوم بقلوبكم من الرأفة من إقامة أمره.

وهذا وإن كان عاماً في سائر الحدود، ولكن ذكر في حد الزنا خاصة لشدة الحاجة إلى ذكره؛ فإن الناس لا يجدون في قلوبهم من الغلظة والقسوة على الزاني ما يجدونه على السارق والقاذف وشارب الخمر؛ فقلوبهم ترحم الزاني أكثر مما ترحم غيره من أرباب الجرائم، والواقع شاهد بذلك؛ فنهوا أن تأخذهم هذه الرأفة وتحملهم على تعطيل حد الله.

وسبب هذه الرحمة: أن هذا الذنب يقع من الأشراف والأوساط، والأرذال، وفي النفوس أقوى الدواعي إليه، والمشارك فيه كثير، وأكثر أسبابه العشق، والقلوب مجبولة على رحمة العاشق، وكثير من الناس يعد مساعدته طاعة وقربة، وإن كانت الصورة المعشوقة محرمة عليه، ولا يستنكر هذا الأمر؛ فإنه مستقر عند من شاء الله من أشباه الأنعام.ولقد حكي لنا من ذلك شيء كثير عن ناقصي العقول كالخدم والنساء.

وأيضاً فإن هذا ذنب غالباً ما يقع مع التراضي من الجانبين؛ ولا يقع فيه من العدوان والظلم والاغتصاب ما تنفر النفوس منه، وفيها شهوة غالبة له، فيصور ذلك لها، فتقوم بها رحمة تمنع من إقامة الحد، وهذا كله من ضعف الإيمان.

وكمال الإيمان أن تقوم به قوة يقيم بها أمر الله، ورحمة يرحم لها المحدود؛ فيكون موافقاً لربه تعالى في أمره ورحمته.

الثالث: أنه سبحانه أمر أن يكون حدهما بمشهد من المؤمنين، فلا يكون في خلوة بحيث لا يراهما أحد، وذلك أبلغ في مصلحة الحد، وحكمة الزجر ).

ومما يحسن التنبيه عليه في هذا الشأن: أن فاحشة الزنا تتفاوت بحسب مفاسدها؛ فالزاني والزانية مع كل أحد أشد من الزنا بواحدة أو مع واحد، والمجاهر بما يرتكب أشد من الكاتم له، والزنا بذات الزوج أشد من الزنا بالتي لا زوج لها؛ لما فيه من الظلم، والعدوان عليه، وإفساد فراشه، وقد يكون هذا أشد من مجرد الزنا أو دونه.

والزنا بحليلة الجار أعظم من الزنا ببعيدة الدار، لما يقترن بذلك من أذى الجار، وعدم حفظ وصية الله ورسوله .

وكذلك الزنا بامرأة الغازي في سبيل الله أعظم إثماً عند الله من الزنا بغيرها، ولهذا يقال للغازي: خذ من حسنات الزاني ما شئت.

وكذلك الزنا بذوات المحارم أعظم جرماً، واشنع، وأفظع؛ فهو الهلك بعينه.

وكما تختلف درجات الزنا بحسب المزني بها، فكذلك تتفاوت درجاته بحسب الزمان والمكان، والأحوال؛ فالزنا في رمضان ليلاً أو نهاراً أعظم إثماً منه في غيره، وكذلك في البقاع الشريفة المفضلة هو أعظم منه فيما سواها.

وأما تفاوته بحسب الفاعل: فالزنا من المحصن أقبح من البكر، ومن الشيخ اقبح من الشاب، ومن العالم أقبح من الجاهل، ومن القادر على الاستغناء أقبح من الفقير العاجز.

وقد يقترن بالفاحشة من العشق الذي يوجب اشتغال القلب بالمعشوق، وتأليهه، وتعظيمه، والخضوع له، والذل له، وتقديم طاعته وما يأمر به على طاعة الله، ومعاداة من يعاديه، وموالاة من يواليه، ما قد يكون أعظم ضرراً من مجرد ركوب الفاحشة.


كيفية التوبة من الزنا

وبعد أن تبين عظم جرم الزنا، وآثاره المدمرة على الأفراد والأمة، فإنه يحسن التنبيه على وجوب التوبة من الزنا، فيجب على من وقع في الزنا، أو تسبب في ذلك أو أعان عليه أن يبادرإلى التوبة النصوح، وأن يندم على ما مضى، وألا يرجع إليه إذا تمكن من ذلك.

ولا يلزم من وقع في الزنا رجلاً كان أو امرأة أن يسلم نفسه، ويعترف بجرمه، بل يكفي في ذلك أن يتوب إلى ربه، وأن يستتر بستره عز وجل.

وإن كان عند الزاني صور لمن كان يفجر بها، أو تسجيل لصوتها أو لصورتها فليبادر إلى التخلص من ذلك، وإن كان قد أعطى تلك الصور أو ذلك التسجيل أحداً من الناس فليسترده منه، وليتخلص منه بأي طريقة.

وإن كانت المرأة قد وقع لها تسجيل أو تصوير وخافت أن ينتشر لأمرها، فعليها أن تبادر إلى التوبة، وألا يكون ذلك معوقاً لها عن الإقبال على ربها، بل يجب عليها أن تتوب، وألا تستسلم للتهديد والترهيب فإن الله كافيها ومتوليها، ولتعلم أن من يهددها جبان رعديد، وأنه سوف يفضح نفسه إن هو أقدم على نشر ما بيده.

ثم ماذا يكون إذا هو نفذ ما يهدد به؟ أيهما أسهل: فضيحة يسيرة في الدنيا ويعقبها توبة نصوح؟ أو فضيحة على رؤوس الأشهاد يوم القيامة ثم يعقبها دخول النار وبئس القرار؟

ومما ينفع في هذا الصدد إن هي خافت من نشر أمرها: أن تستعين برجل رشيد من محارمها؛ ليعينها على التخلص مما وقعت فيه؛ فربما كان ذلك الحل ناجعاً مفيداً.

وبالجملة فإن على من وقع في ذلك الجرم أن يبادر إلى التوبة النصوح، وأن يقبل على ربه بكليته، وأن يقطع علاقته بكل ما يذكره بتلك الفعلة، وأن ينكسر بين يديه مخبتاً منيباً، عسى أن يقبله، ويغفر سيئاته، ويبدلها حسنات، { وَالَّذِينَ لَا يَدْعُونَ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَهاً آخَرَ وَلَا يَقْتُلُونَ النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَلَا يَزْنُونَ وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ يَلْقَ أَثَاماً ، يُضَاعَفْ لَهُ الْعَذَابُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَيَخْلُدْ فِيهِ مُهَاناً ، إِلَّا مَن تَابَ وَآمَنَ وَعَمِلَ عَمَلاً صَالِحاً فَأُوْلَئِكَ يُبَدِّلُ اللَّهُ سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ حَسَنَاتٍ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُوراً رَّحِيماً } [الفرقان:68-70].

معنى الحياة

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم , اللهم صل على محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين .
رسالة وصلتني على ايميلي وأريد مشاطرتكم اياها.

طالما آمنت بأن حياة كل منا عبارة عن دائرة مملة تتكرر عبر الأجيال



ولادة وصراخ .. طفولة وطلبات .. مراهقة ولف بالشوارع .. دراسة مع بعض التجارب الشقية .. وظيفة وفلوس .. زواج ورزانة .. أطفال ومسئولية .. تقاعد وفراغ .. قبر موحش!؟!



ثم أسلم عصا سباق التتابع لابني ليركض في نفس المضمار!



ويقول التاريخ أن هذه الدائرة بدأت من آدم (والذي هو أبوك أنت الآخر) وورّثها لنا واحداً بعد الآخر! وكل من حاول أن يتخطى هذه الدائرة ويرسم خطاً مستقيماً، فالويل لهذا الشاذ المجنون الأرعن المارق عن العادات والتقاليد و .. و .. تعرفون باقي الشتائم!



وكنت أعتقد أني أنا الآخر سأتسكع في هذه الدائرة حتى أسلّم عصا التتابع لمغبون من بعدي .. حتى جاء ذلك اليوم ..



حينما ألحت علي أختي للذهاب إلى العمرة، وأختي – من وجهة نظري – من ذلك النوع المثالي الذي لا يحب الخروج عن الخروج عن الدائرة نهائياً، فذهبت مرغماً ثقيل النفس لأؤدي دوري كمحرم من العيار الثقيل الظل في هذه الرحلة ذات الثلاثة أيام ..


ولا أنكر ذلك الانشراح النفسي الذي يغمرني في بيت الله الحرام، خصوصاً في هذا الوقت الهادئ من العام.



بعد صلاة العشاء في الحرم المكي، تلفتّ وإذا بشاب أشقر، طويل القامة، عيناه بلون البحر، لا تخطئ عيناك أوروبيته من النظرة الأولى ..


تسربل بذلك الإحرام، ليعطيه شكلاً لكم تألفه عيني، إذ نادراً ما ترى أوروبياً مسلماً، فبدا مظهره في الإحرام كأنه صورة صغيرة ركب عليها برواز كبير غليظ لا يناسقها بالحجم ولا بالشكل، ولكن سبحان من استجاب دعاء إبراهيم:" واجعل أفئدة من الناس تهوي إليهم ..."، ابتسم في وجهي فرددت ابتسامته بمثلها أو بأحسن منها، وهممت بسؤاله بلغة إنجليزية ذات "راء" أمريكية أعكس فيها فشخرتي واستعراضي بثقافتي الأمريكية، إلا أنه فاجئني بقوله:



- السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته يا أخي ...



كان يتحدث بعربية فصحى تعرضت حروفها للكسر والعجمة من لسانه ..



- وعليكم السلام يا أخي ...



- من أي بلاد الله أنت يا أخي؟



- أنا من الكويت وهل تعرفها؟ وأنت من أين؟



أحسست بأني في مسلسل مدبلج أو "افتح يا سمسم" وأنا أتحدث العربية الفصحى لأول مرة في حياتي، ففي مشوار حياتي كلها كنت أتحدث بلهجة خليجية، وقد ألجأ من باب المداعبة للتحدث بلهجة عراقية، مصرية، لبنانية .. لكن أن أتحدث العربية الفصحى، فقد كان غريباً بعض الشيء ..



- أنا من هولندا، ولا أعرف عن الكويت غير رسمها على الخريطة وإنكم محظوظون لأنكم بلد عربي ومسلم ..
